Norris Cole is the consumate team player. Capable of putting together enormous statistics by himself, he is happy to sacrifice those numbers in order to make the other four players on the floor better. A leader both on and off the court, he is adept at taking control to raise the playing level of a team. His speed, quickness and athleticism allow him to be a defensive stopper around the perimeter, an attribute that fits well into the Gary Waters system. He will most likely open the season as the starter at off-guard though he is capable of playing at point guard as well.
