The Cleveland State Vikings have an innovative way to raise money for your group. Many of the special group outing options have the ability to fundraise as one of the benefits. Need to raise money for your choir or band to travel to competitions? Want to raise money to donate to a charity? The Cleveland State Fundraising program could be right for you!
Essentially, this is how the program works: Cleveland State will reduce the price of a ticket to a basketball game for your group. Your group would sell tickets at a designated price up to face value, and collect the proceeds. The discounted price is determined by the number of tickets sold - the more tickets you sell, the more from each ticket you get to keep!

For example: a high school choir decides to perform the national anthem and chooses the fundraising option. The choir chooses the $10 tickets to sell, and sells 155 total tickets. Cleveland State would only collect $5 for each ticket sold, since the choir broke the 150 ticket threshold. The choir keeps the rest. This means that the choir would have raised $775 total! A chance to perform centerstage in front of thousands of people, raise money for your group, AND have a great night of fun at a NCAA Division I basketball game? That is a winning package!

The Cleveland State Athletics National Anthem Program
This program was designed to provide an unique experience for the performers of Northeast Ohio. Prior to a CSU Men's and/or Women's Division I NCAA basketball game, your group, standing center court, will have the opportunity to sing the National Anthem. Dates filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your National Anthem group will receive:
- Discounted admission for performers
- Discounted admission to all friends and families of performers
- Great seat location (Lower Level) in same area as friends and families
- Recognition on the Wolstein Center Matrix Boards
- PA announcement recognizing your group
- Commemorative photo of your group's performance
- Up to five (5) complimentary tickets for chaperones
- Fundraising opportunity
- Minimum of 50 Tickets Purchased

The Cleveland State Athletics Color Guard Program
The Color Guard program was designed to provide a unique experience for patriotic citizens in Northeast Ohio. Prior to a CSU Men's and/or Women's Division I NCAA basketball game, your group, standing center court, will have the honor of presenting our nation's colors. Dates filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your Color Guard group will receive:
- Discounted admission for color guard presenters
- Discounted admission to all friends and families of presenters
- Great seat location (Lower Level) in same area as friends and families
- Recognition on the Wolstein Center Matrix Boards
- PA announcement recognizing your group
- Commemorative photo of your group (Group banners are welcome!!!)
- Fundraising opportunity
- Minimum of 20 tickets purchased

The Cleveland State Athletics Halftime Program
The Halftime program was designed to provide a unique talent showcase to performers from Northeast Ohio, as well as an opportunity for youth kids to play a basketball game in front of thousands of screaming fans. Dates subject to availability and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your halftime group will receive:
- Six to 8 minutes of a CSU halftime
- Discounted admission for all halftime participants
- Discounted admission to all friends and families of participants
- Great seat location (Lower Level) in same area as friends and families
- Recognition on the Wolstein Center Matrix Boards
- PA announcement recognizing your group
- Commemorative photo of your group
- Up to five (5) complimentary tickets for chaperones
- Fundraising opportunity
Requirements:
- Minimum of 100 tickets for a halftime performance
- Minimum of 50 tickets for youth basketball game

The Cleveland State Athletics High School Band Program
This program was designed to provide a unique opportunity for high school bands in Northeast Ohio. This program allows high school bands the chance to perform as if they were Cleveland State's own band, with a variety of opportunities for you band to shine! Pre-game, halftime, national anthem, and timeout openings can be filled by your high school band. Give your band members a head start on the college band experience! Dates will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to availability.
Your band program will receive:
- Pre-game and in-game opportunities to perform (exact number of opportunities based on availability)
- Discounted admission for all band performers
- Discounted admission to all friends and families of band members
- Prime seat locations for your band
- Great seats for family and friends (lower level, not upper deck!)
- Recognition on the Wolstein Center Matrix Boards
- PA announcement recognizing your group
- Commemorative photo of your group
- Up to five (5) complimentary tickets for chaperones
- Easy unloading of instruments and complimentary bus parking if needed
- Fundraising opportunity
- Minimum of 100 tickets purchased.
- CSU approval of playlist

Cleveland State Athletics Vikings "High Five" Club
Get up close and personal with NCAA Division I basketball players! Have your group form a tunnel for the Vikings team entrance to the court, as well as sit in our VIP lower level group location. Dates will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your "High Five" group will receive:
- Discounted admission for all high-fivers
- Discounted admission to all friends and families as well
- Great seat location (Lower Level) in same area as friends and families
- Recognition on the Wolstein Center Matrix Boards
- PA announcement recognizing your group
- Autograph poster of the CSU basketball team
- An official CSU "High Fiver T-Shirt"
- Commemorative photo of your group
- Up to five (5) complimentary tickets for chaperones

- Participating high-fivers under the age of 16

Cleveland State Athletics Communiversity Night
Cleveland State Communiversity Nights are a fun and unique way to celebrate your community and show pride in your city! Does your mayor have any city employees that deserve a special honor? Do your schools have any outstanding teachers or students?
Communiversity Nights are exentensive events, and require the cooperation of the city mayor, other civic leaders, and the schools of your community to make the event a fantastic night for all. We want this event to be a showcase for what is best in your community!
For Communiversity Night, your CITY will receive:
- Maximum discounted admission for all residents
- Great seat location in the lower level for all residents
- Pre-game and in-game music performance opportunities
- Perfect for your city's high school band!
- The High School Experience
- Have your high school journalism students receive special VIP on the floor credentials and write an in-game story
